Our terms of use include a limitation of liability clause. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your laundry is handled safely and properly, but we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. We encourage you to carefully review our terms of use before using our services and to contact us with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your trust in Fresh Fold Laundry and are committed to providing you with excellent service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 
You understand that there is inherent risk in the Cleaning Services and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. Fresh Fold Laundry has implemented measures designed to prevent the situations of lost or damaged items from happening, but Fresh Fold Laundry cannot guarantee that such situations will never happen. In the event that the clothing or other items that you sent to Fresh Fold Laundry for the Cleaning Services is damaged or lost as a result of any fault of Fresh Fold Laundry (including our employees), we will work with you and endeavor to rectify the situation, provided that you provide us with written notification identifying the issues with your order of the Cleaning Services with supporting evidence within three (3) days of our delivery of your cleaned clothes and items for such order.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL ANY OF THE Fresh Fold Laundry PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, (B) ANY SUBSTITUTE GOODS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY, (C) ANY AMOUNT, IN THE AGGREGATE, IN EXCESS OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, (D) ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR CERTAIN OTHER DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
